Items must be in new condition to be eligible for a return.
Return requests must be made within 30 days (60 days for orders placed between November 7th and December 24th) of delivery of your order.
Returns on Buy 2 Get 1 FREE Orders
If you wish to return one item that was part of our Buy 2 Get 1 FREE promotion, it will not be eligible for a refund, but it can be returned for an exchange.
If you wish to return two items that were part of our Buy 2 Get 1 FREE promotion, you will be refunded for the value of the 2 items minus the value of the free item.
If you wish to return all three items that were part of our Buy 2 Get 1 FREE promotion, they can be returned for a full refund or exchange.
Returns on Orders with a Promotion or Coupon Code
For orders that were discounted from a promotion or coupon code that required a minimum order value, the discount will be voided if you return any item(s) causing your order to go beneath the required order value.
Returns for Orders with Upgraded Shipping Services
Upgraded shipping costs are non-refundable (Next Day, Expedited, Xpresspost, Priority, DHL, etc). Exchanges will be shipped via our standard free shipping method unless the customer pays the upgraded shipping cost again for their exchange shipment.
Return Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning their item(s) from their location to StrapsCo unless StrapsCo has made a mistake with their order.
